004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
071 The use authorized under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day.
R37 This right, when considered with all other rights common to the same grazing allotment, is limited to the quantity of water beneficially used by the number of stock within the allotment.
R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
This right is limited by the duration of time water can be pumped from the well on a daily basis. At the licensed flow rate of 0.05 cfs, the pump can only be in operation for a maximum 9.5 hours daily. If the flow rate is less than 0.05 cfs, hours of operation can be adjusted accordingly, but total volume pumped cannot exceed 13,000 gallons per day.
