Code Condtions
This right covers additional heating uses of water already diverted for the beneficial uses authorized under Right 47-7829. The right holder shall not divert or use water (either rate or volume) that is not also used under Right 47-7829.
X35 Rights 47-2242, 47-7829, and 47-16808 when combined and diverted from the point of diversion located in the NWNE of Sec. 31, Twp 08S, Rge 14E, shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.83 cfs and a total annual maximum diversion volume of 601 af.
Heating use is for heating of rental domes and/or cabins, sidewalks, outdoor soaking pools, private soaking pools, dressing rooms and and other buildings associated with a hot springs resort and one privately owned home.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device and shall annually report the information to the Department.
