Code Condtions
The right holder shall fully use all surface water rights appurtenant to the lands identified above prior to using water under this right. This right uses the same well as Right 45-07454 and when combined with Right 45-07454 shall not exceed a diversion rate of 1.5 cfs nor provide more than 4.0 afa per acre for the lands above.
R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
R56 Diversion and use of water under this right is subject to an annual use fee if rules are subsequently promulgated which provide for the submittal of the fee.
R57 The Director retains jurisdiction of the right and may change, add, or remove any requirement as determined to be appropriate.
