WB4 The total instantaneous diversion of water from all points of diversion under Right 45-7648 shall not exceed 0.20 cfs, nor a total combined annual volume of 2.6 af.
115 Prior to the diversion and use of water under Transfer approval 71355, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring devices, including data loggers, at the authorized points of diversion, in accordance with Department specifications.
046 Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Section 42-235, Idaho Code and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
Commercial use is for an agriculture fertilizer and chemical plant.
09E Water used under this right when discharged into a natural channel or subsurface system shall meet Idaho Water Quality Standards.
