Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No.140.

Upon specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a lockable device of a type acceptable to the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversions.

Points of diversion and places of use are located within Lot 9, Block 1 of Springdale Acres Subdivision.
Rights 45-14516, 45-7375, and 45-7697 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 1/2 acre on Lot 9, Block 1 of Springdale Acres Subdivision.
Aesthetic use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
