X35	Rights 45-14441 and 45-14443 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.73 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 176 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 45 acres.
K03	Right No.45-14443 is an expansion of this right pursuant to Section 42-1416B, Idaho Code.
R05	Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 140.
214	Prior to the diversion and use of water under Transfer approval 78302, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring device(s) at the authorized point(s) of diversion in accordance with Department specifications, or shall obtain an approved variance from the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records or to maintain an existing measuring device.
213	Upon specific notification of the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain data loggers to record water usage information at the authorized point(s) of diversion in accordance with Department specifications.
206	The rights listed below are limited to the irrigation of a specific 6692.9 acres within the 7776.2 acre place of use authorized by these rights in a single irrigation season. The specific 6692.9 acres to be irrigated by the right holder shall be identified prior to use by submittal of a land list and a representative electronic shape file or by submittal of a land list and a map sufficiently detailed to allow creation of an electronic shape file to be associated with these rights in the geographic information system component of the water rights database maintained by the department. Before changing the 6692.9 acres to be irrigated within the 7776.2 acre place of use, the right holder shall submit a new land list and representative electronic shape file or map to the Department prior to the irrigation season in which the change will occur.
X35	Rights 45-13455, 45-169, 45-695, 45-696, 45-701, 45-2053, 45-2254A, 45-2520, 45-2526, 45-2579, 45-2630, 45-2657, 45-4009A, 45-4011A, 45-4013A, 45-4048F, 45-4258A, 45-13777, 45-13974, 45-13973A, 45-13973B, 45-13973C, 45-13973D, 45-2653A, 45-2519, 45-4048G, 45-2254B, 45-11239, 45-14441, 45-14442, 45-14443, 45-14444 and 45-14445 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of a total of 6692.9 acres in any one season.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
C18	This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code.
