046	Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Idaho Code § 42-235 and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.
X27	This right is limited to the irrigation of 13 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
R05	Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 140.
R43	The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
X35	Rights 45-13981, 45-13982, 45-14415, 45-14416, 45-14417, and 45-14418 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 5.91 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 1460 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 365 acres.
X35	Rights 45-2383, 45-14413, 45-14414, 45-7118, 45-14412, 45-7125, 45-7317, 45-13981, 45-14415, 45-14416, 45-14417, 45-14418, and 45-13982 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 26.42 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 6540 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 1635 acres.
X35	Rights 45-690, 45-691, 45-2383, 45-14413, 45-14414, 45-7004, 45-7118, 45-14412, 45-7125, 45-7186A, 45-7317, 45-13904, 45-13981, 45-14415, 45-14416, 45-14417, 45-14418, and 45-13982 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 3498 acres.
113	Beginning on the date of approval of Transfer 71475, Rights 45-13981, 45-13982, 45-14415, 45-14416, 45-14417, and 45-14418 when combined are limited to the following schedule of allowed diversion volume. The diversion of water shall be evenly distributed throughout the authorized season of use, except that minor variations are allowed for seasonal fluctuations in water requirements. The right holder shall file a notice of intent with the Department prior to increasing the annual diversion volume each time an increase according to the schedule is sought. Years 2006 through 2020 the rights are limited to 5.91 cfs and 1460 afa. Years 2021 through 2030 the rights are limited to 5.32 cfs and 1460 afa. Years 2031 through 2040 the rights are limited to 4.73 cfs and 1460 afa Years 2041 through 2050 the rights are limited to 4.14 cfs and 1343.7 afa Years 2051 and beyond the rights are limited to 3.84 cfs and 1247.7 afa.
206	Rights 45-690, 45-691, 45-2383, 45-7004, 45-7118, 45-7125, 45-7186A, 45-7317, 45-13904, 45-13981, 45-13982, 45-14412, 45-14413, 45-14414, 45-14415, 45-14416, 45-14417, and 45-14418 are limited to the irrigation of a specific 3498 acres within the 4389 acre place of use in a single irrigation season. The specific 3498 acres to be irrigated by the right holder shall be identified prior to use by submittal of a land list and a representative electronic shape file or by submittal of a land list and a map sufficiently detailed to allow creation of an electronic shape file to be associated with this right and are shown in the electronic shape file associated with this right in the geographic information system component of the water rights database maintained by the department. Before changing the 3498 acres to be irrigated within the 4389-acre place of use, the right holder shall submit a new land list and representative electronic shape file or map to the Department prior to the irrigation season in which the change will occur.
R64	This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
	The point of diversion located in the SESE, S26, T11S, R23E is limited to a maximum diversion rate of 3.00 cfs, when diverted under rights 45-2383, 45-7004, 45-7118, 45-7125, 45-7186A, 45-7317, 45-13904, 45-13981, 45-13982, 45-14412, 45-14413, 45-14414, 45-14415, 45-14416, 45-14417, and 45-14418. There are two wells in SESE of Sec. 26, this condition does not refer to the well described in the SESESE, Metal Tag #D0085608.
	Diversion of water from the four points of diversion located in Section 32, T11S, R23E, in the Oakley-Kenyon Critical Groundwater Area, shall not exceed a total annual diversion volume of 2560 af.
	The point of diversion located in the NENESE, S30, T11S, R24E is limited to a maximum diversion rate of 4.00 cfs, when diverted under rights 45-2383, 45-7118, 45-7125, and 45-7317.
004	This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19	Pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1412(6), this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court in the final unified decree entered 08/26/2014.
