046 Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Section 42-235, Idaho Code and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.
R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
115 Prior to the diversion and use of water under Transfer approval 71882, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring devices, including data loggers, at the authorized points of diversion, in accordance with Department specifications.
Commercial use is for a feedlot.
