Pursuant to the Amended Judgement and Decree of Case No. CI 89-6-104, this right is decreed a consumptive water right for purposes of Livestock watering in the amount of 0.0774 cfs and a non-consumptive water right in the amount of 0.0274 cfs of the waters of Willow Creek located in Section 26, T12S, R23E with a priority date of November 23, 1881.
E51 USE OF THIS RIGHT WITH RIGHT NO. 45-11928 IS LIMITED TO A TOTAL COMBINED DIVERSION RATE OF 0.105 CFS.
