Code Condtions
This right only allows for the storage of a volume of water up to the maximum amount authorized once in each given year during the non-irrigation season. Once the authorized volume of water has been stored during the non-irrigation season in a given year, no additional water can be diverted to storage during the non- irrigation season of that year.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 43B.
Upon specific notification, the right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversions.
X35 Rights 43-45, 43-286B, 43-2061, 43-2110, 43-10116, 43-10824 and 43-7321 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 266 acres.
220 The reservoir established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 26.0 acre-feet or a total surface area of 4.25 acres.
