This right is limited to the irrigation of 26.2 acres within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season.

Rights 43-196, 43-2335, 43-7122A, 43-7122B, 43-7311, 43-10421, 43-10422, 43-10423, 43-13549, 43-13551, 43-13563, 43-13565, 43-13567, 43-13569, 43-13571, 43-13573, 43-13776, 43-13777, 43-13778, and 43-13779 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 23.39 cfs and the irrigation of 680.5 acres.

Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 143.

The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
The point of diversion located in the NWSE of Section 6, T10S, R28E is limited to a maximum diversion rate of 5.0 cfs.

Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Section 42-235, Idaho Code and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.

This right is for the use of trust water, and it is subject to review 5 years after its initial approval (date of permit approval) to re-evaluate the availability of trust water for the authorized use and to re-evaluate the public interest criteria for reallocating trust water.

The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.

Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
