R64	This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
206	Rights 43-2084, 43-2180, 43-2264, 43-2354B, 43-2417F, 43-2418F, 43-4060F, 43-4061F, 43-4062F, 43-4063F, 43-4064F, 43-13064, 43-13149, 43-13151, 43-13153, 43-13157, 43-13159, 43-13161, 43-10087, 43-13063, 43-13071, 43-13073, 43-13411, 43-13413, 43-13635, 43-13639, 43-13349, 43-13350, 43-13700, 43-13701, 43-13702, 43-13703, 43-13704, 43-13830, 43-13831, and 43-13832 are limited to the irrigation of a specific 3,165.8 acres within the 4,326.1 acre place of use authorized by this right in a single irrigation season. The specific 3,165.8 acres to be irrigated by the right holder are shown in the electronic shape file associated with this right in the geographic information system component of the water rights database maintained by the department. Before changing the 3,165.8 acres to be irrigated within the 4,326.1 acre place of use, the right holder shall submit a new land list and representative electronic shape file or map to the Department prior to the irrigation season in which the change will occur.
065	The right holder shall make full beneficial use of all surface water rights available to the right holder for irrigation of the lands authorized to be irrigated under this right. The right holder shall limit the diversion of ground water under this right to those times when the surface water supply is not available or the surface water supply is not reasonably sufficient to irrigate the place of use authorized under this right.
104	If the surface water rights appurtenant to the place of use is sold, transferred, leased or used on any other place of use, this right to divert groundwater shall not be used without an approved transfer pursuant to Section 42-222, Idaho Code, or approval of the Department if a transfer is not required.
004	This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
01M	After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.
X61	The period of use for the irrigation described in this approval may be extended to a beginning date of 3/15 and an ending date of 11/15 provided that beneficial use of the water can be shown and other elements of the right are not exceeded. The use of water before 4/1 and after 10/31 is subordinate to all water rights having no subordinated early or late irrigation use and a priority date earlier than 5/1/2004.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
