This right is limited to the irrigation of 199.0 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
Rights 43-13358, 43-13360, 43-13362 and 43-13429 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 199 acres in a single irrigation season.
The total instantaneous diversion of water from all points of diversion under Rights 43-2313A, 43-2313C, 43-2377A, 43-2377B, 43-2382, 43-2383, 43-2398, 43-10632, 43-13108, 43-13109, 43-13110, 43-13111, 43-13112, 43-13113, 43-13114, 43-13115, 43-13117, 43-13316, 43-13356, 43-13358, 43-13360, 43-13362, 43-13427 and 43-13429 shall not exceed 33.66 cfs, 7832.0 af at the field headgate, for the irrigation of 1958.0 acres.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.

After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the Department.

The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
T08
Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.

Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as may be determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court at a point in time no later than the entry of the final unified decree.
