R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 41.
N16 The quantity listed above shall be measured at the point of diversion listed for this right by means of a measuring box of the type and dimensions decreed by in re Houtz et al (Oneida County, Judicial District Court, June 6, 1903). Any change in the method of measurement shall constitute a change in the point of diversion requiring approval by the Idaho Department of Water Resources as a transfer pursuant to .IC. Section 42-222.
X35 Rights 41-8R and 41-10265 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 112.0 acres.
R60 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
