Code Condtions
220 The reservoir established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.3 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.1 acres.
R37 This right, when considered with all other rights common to the same grazing allotment, is limited to the quantity of water beneficially used by the number of stock within the allotment.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37.
Upon notification by the department, the right holder shall install and maintain permanent measuring devices and lockable controlling works in a manner that will provide the watermaster control of diversions under this right.
