Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37.

The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).

After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall annually report the amount of water diverted to the Department.

Aesthetic use is for an annual total of 765.7 acre-feet to be used for the flow of water through four ponds located within the Dip Creek Ranch Subdivision.
Water diverted under this right shall be returned to the aquifer at the natural recharge point of Dip Creek, which is located in the SE¼SE¼ of Section 23, T05N, R17E.
Use of this right shall be limited to times when Dip Creek water is available to fill Right No. 37-02473K.
