Code Condtions
A flow rate of 0.20 cfs authorized by right no. 37-00353H must remain in the Big Wood River at its described point of diversion to compensate for depletion of groundwater authorized by this right.
Diversion under this right may occur as long as Big Wood River can supply water to water right 37-00353H with a priority date of June 12, 1886.
For purposes of regulating this right with respect to other groundwater rights, the priority of this right shall be August 9, 1990.
The Director retains jurisdiction over the use of water under this right to adjust the mitigation and to require the collection and reporting of pumpage and use data.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
R67 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.03 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
