R63 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
This right is limited to the irrigation of 65.4 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season. Rights 37-02734, 37-07011, 37-07290 and 37-08601 are limited to a total combined rate of diversion of 2.12 cfs and a total combined annual diversion volume of 428.4 af for irrigation of a total of 122.4 acres in a single irrigation season. These rights are also limited to a total combined annual diversion volume of 103.8 af for domestic use for a total of 173 homes within Hulen Meadows Subdivision. Domestic use does not include lawn, garden, landscape, or other types of irrigation. Points of diversion are located within Lot 2A, Flowers Mill Subdivision and Lot 3A, Hulen Meadows #3 Subdivision. The period of use for the irrigation described in this approval may be extended to an ending date of 10/31 provided that beneficial use of the water can be shown and other elements of the right are not exceeded. The use of water after 10/15 is subordinate to all water rights having no subordinated late irrigation use and a priority date earlier than the date of this approval.
