	Ground water diverted under this right is injected into the Big Wood River and rediverted downstream for delivery to the place of use. Water shall be rediverted from the Big Wood River under this right only when an equal amount of ground water is simultaneously being injected into the Big Wood River.
R05	Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37.
R43	The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversions.
004	This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
027	Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
	Commercial use is for snow making purposes.
207	Water shall not be diverted for fire protection use under this right except to fight or repel an existing fire. Any amount of water used to fight a fire will not count against the annual volume limit for this right.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within five years of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
