220 The two ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 6.6 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.1 acres. The volume of 8.2 acre-feet under this right includes 6.6 acre-feet for filling the reservoir and 1.6 acre-feet of annual evaporative losses.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37M.
Right 37-8571 provides water to the ponds associated with this right.
The Director of the Department of Water Resources retains jurisdiction over this right to require compensation to other rights, or to the hydrologic system for losses which may occur as a result of this use.
