Code Condtions
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
041 Irrigation use under this right is authorized only in connection with a domestic use.
071 When combined with all other domestic rights the domestic use authorized under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day per lot.
132 Domestic use is for 8 homes. Irrigation of lawn, garden and landscaping associated with a home is authorized under the irrigation component of this right.
077 Water shall not be diverted for fire protection use under this right except to fight or repel an existing fire.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37.
