R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
219 This right authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 41.9 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond(s) or reservoirs(s) and for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation.
220 The two reservoirs established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 18.5 acre-feet or a total surface area of 5.0 acres.
R63 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
