Code Condtions
128 Place of use is within the area served by the public water supply system of MId-Valley Water Company, LLC. The place of use is generally located within Section 31, Township 4N, Range18E.
180 A map generally depicting the service area for this water right at the time of this approval is attached to this document for illustrative purposes.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
The quantity of water diverted under this right for municipal purposes is limited to the amount necessary for 145 homes and the irrigation of 15 acres.
