220 The reservoir established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 5.2 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.9 acre.
This right authorizes the diversion of 7.9 acre-feet to be used for the filling of the reservoir and the replacement of losses caused by evaporation from the reservoir.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37W.
Upon specific notification of the Department, the right holder shall provide a means acceptable to the department to measure the amount of water entering the reservoir and the amount of water released from the reservoir.
R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
