K06 This right is limited to the irrigation of 125 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
E11 Right Nos. 37-7260, 37-7380A, 37-7380C and 37-7576 are limited to the irrigation of a combined total of 780.3 acres in a single irrigation season.
X36 Rights 37-7260, 37-7380A, 37-7380C and 37-7576 are all diverted through the points of diversion described above. Additionally rights 37-7252A, 37-7252B and 37-7677 utilized these same points of diversion as backup points of diversion.
The use of water for irrigation under this right may begin as early as March 15 and may continue to as late as November 15, provided other elements of the right are not exceeded. The use of water before April 1 and after November 1 under this remark is subordinate to all water rights having no subordinated early or late irrigation use and a priority date earlier than the date a partial decree is entered for this right.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 130.
