Code Condtions
The springs comprising the source of water for this right arise in the channel known locally as the Broadford Slough.
P31 The remainder of this right was forfeited for non-use from 1980 to 1987.
R01 A measuring device of a type approved by this Department shall be maintained as a part of the diverting works.
R02 A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
