C18 This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code.
Pursuant to approval and licensing of right 37-8759 this right has been modified to provide mitigation for the diversion authorized by right 37-8759. Right 37-496C shall remain undiverted and left in the Big Wood River at the point of diversion described above.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37.
Water right no. 37-496C shall be maintained in compliance with requirements and assessments of the water district(s) with juridiction over the right.
