R29 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than .02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre for irrigation of the lands above.
E51 Right nos. 37-793, 37-7216, 37-21721, 37-23354, 37-23355 & 37-23356 are limited to a total combined diversion rate of 4.149 cfs for irrigation.
The use of water for irrigation under this right may begin as early as March 15 and may continue to as late as November 15, provided other elements of the right are not exceeded.
