Point of diversion and place of use are located within Lot 1 of Potters Subdivision located within Homestead Entry Survey (HES) No. 128. As of the date of licensing right 37-23003, the point of diversion and place of use are projected as located in the NESE of Sec. 23, T05N, R17E.
Heating and cooling uses are for one household.
027 Use of water under this right for heating and cooling shall be non-consumptive.
R07 Return flow discharged to a subsurface system must be authorized by a separate injection well permit.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37.
