220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 0.5 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.1 acre. The volume of 0.5 acre-feet under this right includes 0.2 acre-feet for filling the pond and 0.3 acre-feet for annual evaporative losses.
