The domestic use authorized under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day.

The irrigation occurring under this domestic right shall not exceed 0.44 acres (19,166 square-feet). This right when combined with any other domestic right for the same property shall not exceed a total irrigation of 0.44 acres.
The difference in the 0.44 acre of irrigation allowed under this right and the ½ acre of irrigation historically used on the property pursuant to an exempt domestic right provides mitigation for consumptive uses associated with right 37-8916.
