X35 Rights 37-21456, 37-21486, 37-21827, 37-21828, 37-22834 and 37-22835 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 12.7 cfs, and a total annual maximum diversion volume 762.4 af which includes an initial fill and multiple refills of the reservoir.
F06 The following rights are diverted through the point of diversion described above: 37-21456, 37-21486, 37-21827, 37-21828, 37-22834 and 37-22835. These rights are limited to a maximum diversion rate of 12.7 cfs.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 130.
R40 The storage of water under this right is contingent upon continued certification by the Department of Water Resources under the dam safety provisions of the Idaho Code, authorizing storage.
176 The waste water diverted under this right is subject to the right of the original appropriator, in good faith and in compliance with state laws governing changes in use and/or expansion of water rights, to cease wasting water, to change the place of use or manner of wasting it, or to recapture it.
219 At any instant in time rights 37-21456, 37-21486, 37-21827, 37-21828, 37-22834 and 37-22835 when combined shall not exceed the storage of 99 AF in the reservoir. The reservoir may be refilled multiple times up to the total storage volume in a single year.

933 This right is for the use of trust water, and it is subject to review at the same time as trust water rights 37-21456 and 37-21827 which divert from the same source, to re-evaluate the availability of trust water for the authorized use and to re-evaluate the public interest criteria for reallocating trust water.
