Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.

After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to use power records to determine the amount of water diverted and shall annually report the information to the Department.

Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No.37.

Return flow discharged to a subsurface system must be authorized by a separate injection well permit.

This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
Point of diversion and Place of use are located in Homestead Entry Survey (HES) No.129, a location situated in Sections 14, 15 and 23 in Township 5 North, Range 17 East, B.M. On the date of licensing the POD and POU are projected to be located in the SESW of Sec. 14 using the current version of GCDB.
