	Commercial and stockwater use are for a dairy.
082	Prior to the diversion and use of water under this approval, the right holder shall comply with applicable county zoning and use ordinances.
106	Prior to the diversion and use of water under this approval, the right holder shall comply with applicable water quality permitting requirements administered by the Department of Environmental Quality or the Department of Agriculture.
205	The approval of this transfer redefines all of the elements of this water right, and the new use of water authorized by this approval shall constitute the full extent of the right.
213	Upon specific notification of the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain data loggers to record water usage information at the authorized point(s) of diversion in accordance with Department specifications.
214	Prior to the diversion and use of water under Transfer approval 75603, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring device(s) at the authorized point(s) of diversion in accordance with Department specifications, or shall obtain an approved variance from the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records or to maintain an existing measuring device.
E60	Right Nos. 37-22641 and 37-22646 are limited to a total combined diversion rate of 0.06 cfs.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19	Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as may be determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court at a point in time no later than the entry of the final unified decree.
X35	Rights 37-22646, 37-22641, and 37-22648 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.09 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 21.0 af.
X35	Rights 37-22575, 37-22646, 37-22641, 37-22648, 37-22650, 37-22652, 37-22653, 37-22654, 37-22644, 37-22645, 37-22643, 37-22647, 37-22642, 37-22649, 37-8813, 37-8814, 37-8911, 37-20613, 37-20614, 37-10442, 37-10444, 37-10446, and 37-22326 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 2.86 cfs, and a total annual maximum diversion volume of 542.8 af at the field headgate.
R05	Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 130.
