Code Condtions
The point of diversion for this right is locally known as Headgate #22 in Water District 37 for delivery to the Hiawatha Canal.
Municipal or domestic rights that may be associated with Lot 14 Block 2 of Old Cutters Subdivision shall be limited to in-house use and for supplemental irrigation of no more than 1/2 acre on the lot. Supplemental irrigation shall only occur when surface water rights appurtenant to these lands has been curtailed.

T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
205 The approval of this transfer redefines all of the elements of this water right, and the new use of water authorized by this approval shall constitute the full extent of the right.
