206	Rights 37-23021, 37-23022, 37-23023, 37-23027, 37-7319, 37-22065, 37-22067, and 37-22069 are limited to the irrigation of a specific 317.6 acres within the 504.7 acre place of use authorized by this right in a single irrigation season. The specific 317.6 acres to be irrigated by the right holder are shown in the electronic shape file associated with this right in the geographic information system component of the water rights database maintained by the department. Before changing the 317.6 acres to be irrigated within the 504.7 acre place of use, the right holder shall submit a new land list and representative electronic shape file or map to the Department prior to the irrigation season in which the change will occur.
R05	Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 37.
R43	The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
R63	This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
219	Rights 37-23021, 37-23022, 37-23023, 37-23027, 37-7319, 37-22065, 37-22067, and 37-22069 authorize total annual storage volume of 27.8 acre-feet, 24.0 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the ponds and 3.8 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
220	The 3 ponds established by the storage of water under rights 37-23021, 37-23022, 37-23023, 37-23027, 37-7319, 37-22065, 37-22067, and 37-22069 shall not exceed a total capacity of 24.0 acre-feet or a total surface area of 3.0 acres.
221	The right holder shall install and maintain an impermeable liner in the ponds to eliminate seepage losses.
938	Pursuant to Transfer 81331, right 37-22067 authorizes the diversion and delivery of 0.01 cfs and 3.8 af of water for aesthetic, aesthetic storage, recreation, recreation storage, wildlife, wildlife storage, and irrigation storage. Right 37-22067 provides for replacement of evaporative losses associated with 3 ponds located within the place of use described by the right.
004	This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19	Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court in the final unified decree entered 08/26/2014.
