The specific 14.7 acres to be irrigated by the right holder are shown in the electronic shape file associated with this right in the geographic information system component of the water rights database maintained by the department. Before changing the 14.7 acres to be irrigated within the 24.1 acre place of use, the right holder shall submit a new land list and representative electronic shape file or map to the Department prior to the irrigation season in which the change will occur. |

Rights 37-2168A and 37-22125 authorize the diversion of a combined total of 0.05 cfs for the combined annual use of 2.0 acre feet associated with aesthetic storage, stockwater storage and irrigation storage uses associated with a pond having a surface area of 0.4 acres. |

On the date of approval of Transfer #85860, point of diversion (POD) and place of use (POU) Public Land Survey descriptions are based on projections. POU is located within Homestead Entry Survey (HES) Nos. 123 & 124, a location situated in Sections 3, 10, 11, 14 and 15 of Township 5 North, Range 17 East, B.M. POD is projected as located in the SWNW and the POU is projected as located in the SWNE, NWSE, NESW and SENW of Section 10. |

The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval. |
