P21 This right is a split from former right 37-2557.
This right is limited to a total maximum annual diversion volume of 28.35 af (irrigation 24.85 af and mitigation 3.5 af).
Right Nos. 37-21665, 37-21672, 37-21681, 37-21690, 37-21699 and 37-21708 are limited to the irrigation of a combined total of 7.1 acres in a single irrigation season.
The rights listed below shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands in the place of use. Combined Right Nos. 37-21665, 37-21672, 37-21681, 37-21690, 37-21699 and 37-21708.
This right mitigates for the depletion of water resulting from the diversion and use of water under Right 37-20743. To prevent injury to other water right holders, the right holder shall cease diverting 0.02 cfs of this right from ground water associated with irrigation of 1.0 acre.
