Water diverted for aesthetic use under this right shall be conveyed to the pond in a closed conduit and no additional water features shall be constructed.

The right holder shall limit the diversion of ground water under right 37-21622 for aesthetic use to those times when the aesthetic water supply provided by right 37-8465 is not available.
