C18 This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code.
X35 Rights 37-7116 and 37-21610 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 6.00 cfs, and a total annual maximum diversion volume of 4340.0 af at the field headgate.
The agreement dated March 30, 1972, among Vernon J Huff, E. Bud Jensen and Paul Fleming, is a part of this right for purposes of delivering water between the parties or their successors in interest.
