C18 This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree. Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code.
The owner shall install a staff gauge at each of the two (2) ponds storing water under this right which shall be readily visible to the naked eye, and which shall measure the water level in the ponds.
The owner shall not allow the storage ponds to exceed the size necessary to store more than 33.4 acre feet of water by volume.
