004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another, or access to use the conveyance facilities of the Big Wood Canal Company. Delivery through the Richfield Canal and rediversion from the West Main Canal &/or the East Main Canal is under the control and regulation of the Big Wood Canal Company and is subject to the delivery rules of the canal company which may include the assessment of conveyance loss.
N11 The quantity of water decreed for this water right is not a determination of historical beneficial use.
N13 The quantity of water under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
