Code Condtions
N13 The quantity of water under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day.
N11 The quantity of water decreed for this water right is not a determination of historical beneficial use.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 130.
Pursuant to Sec. 42-701(1) Idaho Code (2003), the holder of this right may be notified by the Department of the requirements to install and maintain lockable devices at all authorized points of diversion. The lockable devices, if required, shall be of a type acceptable to the Department and installed in such a manner that will provide the watermaster with suitable control of the diversions.
