Water Quality Improvement is accomplished by processing fish effluent through land application.
R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
WD8 The place of water quality improvement use authorized by this approval includes land upon which wastewater may be applied for irrigation purposes to satisfy water quality requirements. Water diverted under this approval shall not be used for irrigation unless the water is first used in the fish propagation facility as authorized by water rights 36-200, 36-2603C, 36-2603D, 36-7130, 36-7757, and 36-15378.
