X35 Rights 36-7847, 36-8396, 36-11402 and 36-14755 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.56 cfs and a total annual maximum diversion volume of 142.5 af.
WD8 The place of commercial use authorized by this approval includes land upon which wastewater may be applied for irrigation purposes to satisfy water quality requirements. Water diverted under this approval shall not be used for irrigation unless the water is first used in the dairy as authorized by this water right.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 130.
212 Prior to diversion and use of water under Transfer approval 77047, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring devices at the authorized points of diversion, in accordance with Department specifications.
213 Upon specific notification of the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain data loggers to record water usage information at the authorized points of diversion in accordance with Department specifications.
106 Prior to the diversion and use of water under this approval, the right holder shall comply with applicable water quality permitting requirements administered by the Department of Environmental Quality or the Department of Agriculture.
