R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
The storage facilities used in connection with this right have a combined capacity of 1114 acre feet. This right authorizes the diversion of up to 1500 acre feet each year, which is achieved by filling the storage facilities, releasing up to 780 acre feet of water from storage for irrigation purposes, and refilling the storage facility until the annual limit of 1500 acre feet is reached.
R64 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
