USE OF THIS RIGHT WITH RIGHTS LISTED BELOW IS LIMITED TO A TOTAL COMBINED DIVERSION RATE OF 1.29 CFS. COMBINED RIGHT NOS.: 36-00071B, 36-00072, 36-00073 & 36-00074.
