T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
R64 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
067 The right holder shall measure and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Section 42-701, Idaho Code.
The total instantaneous diversion of water from all points of diversion under Transfer 5282 shall not exceed 7.86 cfs, nor a total combined annual volume of 2336.0 af for the irrigation of 584.0 total acres. Right 36-02101 is limited to the irrigation of 299.0 acres in the place of use described above in a single irrigation season. Rights 36-02261 and 36-02560 when combined shall not exceed a total annual maximum diversion volume of 1020.0 af at the field headgate and the irrigation of 255.0 acres. Rights 36-02101, 36-02261, and 36-02560 when combined shall not exceed a total annual maximum diversion volume of 2216.0 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 554.0 acres. Rights 36-02130D, 36-07850D and 36-08106D when combined shall not exceed the total annual maximum diversion volume of 120.0 af at the field headgate and the irrigation of 30.0 acres.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
