This right is limited to the irrigation of 761 acres within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season.

Rights 36-1, 36-2, and 36-3H when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 28.55 cfs and the irrigation of 761 acres.

Rights 36-1, 36-2, 36-7741 and 36-8729 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 22.45 cfs from March 15 through November 15.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.

Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 36A.
R43
The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
Water is delivered through the Hunt Ditch.
Portions of the place of use in Sections 28, 33, & 34 of Township 7S Range 13E and Section 4 of Township 8S Range 13E are located within Government Lots, Mineral Survey 306, and/or Mineral Survey 801. The quarter quarter descriptions identified in the place of use reflect the projected location using the current version of GCDB on the date of Transfer approval 82911. The Government Lot and/or Mineral Survey descriptions constitute the legal place of use.

The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08
Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.

Pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1412(6), this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court in the final unified decree entered 08/26/2014.
