R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 130.
115 Prior to the diversion and use of water under this right, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring devices, including data loggers, at the authorized points of diversion, in accordance with Department specifications.
R07 All water diverted under this right shall be injected back into the Eastern Snake Plain aquifer. The injection well must be authorized by a separate injection well permit
The rate of re-injection of water under this right shall equal or exceed the rate of diversion.
Use of water under this right is for a closed-loop system. No storage of water is authorized under this right.
The place of use is the Jerome Elementary School.
027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
